OUR RETURN POLICY
You can return recreational rackets (not combos or custom rackets), rubbers and blades within 30 days of the purchase provided that they are still sealed and have not been used.
Combos and custom rackets which we assemble for you, cannot be returned.
Tables cannot be returned unless they are damaged on delivery.
Newgy Robot purchases are protected in three ways: (1) a 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee, (2) a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty, and (3) a 5-Year Service Policy.

All other products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase provided they are not used.

Shipping for returned items has to be paid by the customer.

Our return policy is subject to change.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
